i need 3 rooms cleaned with bath room and kitchen cleaned and theres laundry to put in and put away

Bedroom has been left in a very poor state, there are numerous bottles and cans and general rubbish that needs to be cleared, cotainers filled with flem and vomit will need to be carefully disposed of also. The mattress and bed need to be disposed of also. There is also a kitchen and bathroom to be cleaned but these are not in such a bad state.

I'm looking to hire someone to clean my oven, please come with the correct tools and products. Don't contact if you don't have the correct tools

Very dirty oven that doesn't have any auto-cleaning options. Il now makes smoke when we turn it on. Please tell me in advance what products you will need to do the job so I can buy them. :)
