Need my PC resetted back to factory settings

Looking for someone to help me conduct a full factory reset. I installed the SSD and HD in the wrong slots so my PC is running on the HD making it impossible to run. I cannot reserve my mistake.

Hello, I would like to create a webpage that could help doctors during their appointments to be able to predict the risks during surgery more easily. The idea would be to have boxes to check that would determine a risk score… There could be a page that would pop up if surgery isn't recommended, for example. And I have other ideas. Could someone help me by giving me classes? Thanks
